The success of a compassionate society can be measured in how we provide for those in need in a dignified manner. When people are hungry, we give them access to food. When they need clothing or shoes, we try to fill those needs. When they live outdoors, we do our best to direct them to safe and clean shelter. While the cost of living continues to increase, we are seeing more and more New Jersey residents strapped for cash.
